I'm loving it!
I travel for work around 300 days a year. I carry some basic workout equipment with me because most motel gyms are either non existent or pretty crappy. My workout isn't very equipment intensive and I hate working out in public, anyway. I added my hypoxic mask to my travel gear about a week ago. Until tonight, I've just been wearing it around the house doing normal activities, just to get used to it and find the "altitude" I'm comfortable with. Used it working out for the first time today, and I have to say it really added a new level of difficulty. My normal routine isn't cardio intensive at all, but it was tonight! Got my heart rate elevated immediately without using that worn-out elliptical in the "gym" or walking up and down the stairs. Really looking forward to including this in my daily routine, and the compact hard case survived my over packing. Loving it!
