If you’re a high to mid handicapper, this is great ball that has a lot of forgiveness

If you’re a high to mid handicapper, this is great ball that has a lot of forgiveness
The Good:- Low compression which makes the ball a bit more forgiving- Cover is soft and allows for quite a bit of feel (it is also pretty durable as I played an entire round with the ball and it still is in pretty good shape)- Rolls very well on the green when pitching, chipping and putting- Great distance off the teeThe Bad:- Might feel a little too soft for some players- For higher swing speed players, with the low compression and larger core, you can catch some fliers and overshoot some pinsThe Bottom Line:I am a low handicapper golfer and typically play Pro V1s or Vice Pro+ golf balls. However, I wanted to try these new Tour Softs since I know a lot of people playing Callaway’s Chrome Soft. Basically, the 2 main things that a golfer should look at with golf balls is compression (low or high) and the type of cover of a golf ball (feel and durability). The compression on these Tour Softs is lower than Pro V1s which makes these Tour Softs more forgiving on mishits. The lower compression along with the softer cover makes the ball have a much softer feel which allows for more touch around the greens. I have played both the Titleist and Chrome Soft balls and while they both feel soft, I like Titleist balls better because of the distance and how the ball comes off the driver face. Overall, if you’re a mid to high handicapper and want to have more touch around the greens, then this is probably the best ball you can buy!
