This product is great and easy to use. It fits comfortably in my hand and I am able to use it to clean windows all around my house and my car windows as well. The sliding glass doors in our home are now so easy to clean, and all our glass cleaning jobs are a breeze.

This device does indeed allow me to clean large windows and high windows in a fraction of the time. POSITIVES: easy to figure out how to use, simple, effective, simple to clean, simple to store, very affordable. NEGATIVES: when attached to the pole, the vacuum is top-heavy. The "pole" gets a little slippery when my hands are wet, which makes the vacuum somewhat unwieldy. I would not feel secure cleaning glass more than 9' off the ground. OVERALL: This is a great value for someone who wants to have cleaner windows but doesn't want to put a ton of time into it. What used to take me over an hour I can do in 10-15 minutes now. I did leave some streaks on the glass, but for me, it's not about perfectionism, it's about whether or not I'm going to clean the glass at all. With this device, I will -- because it's easy and fast. Doesn't feel robust or strong, but for my needs, I think it was designed perfectly to do what I need while be as affordable as possible.

This product is well made but needs some improvements.
Pros :1) Has a lot of suction power.
2) Comes with useful accesories to reach difficult spots.
3) Battery life is good.
4) Performs as expected cleaning your windows leaving no streaks.
Cons: 1) Works best in vertical fashion, top to bottom. Too heavy to be used horizontally.
2) Takes too long to charge. Red light stops blinking after 2 days charging.
3) I have panoramic windows in all areas of my apartment which I clean monthly, after 4 cleanings the inner rubber
was torn up, I have to replace the head and will have to call the manufacturer to know what the cost would be in
order to decide what to do. This is a defect in material quality as this rubber is so weak that will rip after few uses

This is the first review I’ve ever written on a product. I wish it could be a good one. Unfortunately, this product stopped working after one (1) use. When I requested they replace the unit, I was sent a unit that was clearly previously used and returned because that owner apparently no longer wanted it. I’m very disappointed. I had high hopes for this product. It makes me wonder if the prior positive reviews were paid for or if I was just unlucky BOTH times...

Perfect for cleaning my floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors. The included handle extensions eliminate the need to use a step stool. Squeegeed streak free, made quick work of cleaning glass and to date, haven’t had any issues. The included extensions and accessory attachments enabled me to tackle almost any glass cleaning chores around the house.

Tip: Use smooth, even overlapping squeegee strokes for best results. Some touch up with a paper towel or microfiber cloth may be necessary around window edges. I used automotive car wash soap for my cleaning solution and so far no streaks or cloudy haze after squeegeeing.

There is only one plastic pole to use with both the sprayer & suction part. It's exhausting going back & forth. Worked with it a bit trying different ways to get it to work. Too many streaks, even though I used a special cleaner designed for squeegees. Got the best results doing it the old fashioned way. Total bummer!!

The wet use of this vacuum is quite pathetic. I get a lot of water at the base of my window during the winter and figured this would be a good purchase. If it's little droplets you'll probably be fine but if it's a decent amount of water at the base of the window this thing will suck it up and then spit it out the sides. Very unhappy with this purchase. I should have just bought a shop vac as it would have been cheaper.
