I think this is a great cordless vacuum and I'll extoll its' limited virtues to anyone that asks but I do want to add the qualification that its' principal value is as a supplemental vacuum and it will in no way replace the existing corded vacuum. It just isn't strong enough. Also you should know - I'm a bit of a clean freak and I vacuum almost every day.THINGS I LOVE:-very slim head that fits underneath furniture and the bed very easily. I think it's just as imp't to get underneath the furniture and bed as it is to vacuum the visible easily accessible surfaces and no vacuum is better at this. It slips right underneath and won't scratch the surface.-perfect rigidity and flexibility built into the vacuum head. There are some vacuums where the vacuum head feels almost floppy and slips all over the path you're vacuuming. This one feels perfect for quickly getting in between your chair legs and other furniture without accidentally hitting it. It's a pleasure to vacuum with such ease.-MAX suction: Great suction ability at this setting. This approximates a corded vacuum best but my battery won't last long enough to complete even a floor at this setting. Maybe 5 minutes max. This is what I activate if I need to vacuum visible up.-Wall rack/integrated battery: I love the fact I can just plop this thing back into the charging base, it starts charging right away and I can ease it out when I need it. I used to have one where the charger was separate. Some people feel this is an advantage but I can you that in terms of ease, nothing beats being able to effortlessly place in and pull out this vacuum when you need it. It's a bit of pain to take out the battery from the chamber, place it in a charging base, take it back out of the charging base, place it back in the chamber on the vacuum AND then you start. It's kind of like having a broom. You take the broom and you start sweeping. You don't need to attach the bristles or the handle, you just get to work. That's what it's like w/this vacuum.WHAT I WISH THEY WOULD IMPROVE:-Limited vacuuming ability: For what I'm doing, this is fine on a daily basis. It's amazing how much dust accumulates in your home overnight and for picking up fine dust, I think it's performance is stellar for dust BUT for vacuuming up actual THINGS, like the skin of onions, small cereal pieces, etc., it typically spits those things right out. Pretty ineffective in my kitchen but great for the bedroom.-Things get stuck in the joint between the head and stick and actual opening in head. Things get stuck in this area ALL the time and I find I'm constantly having to empty out with my fingers which is no small feat because it's a very narrow space that is not easily accessible (even w/tweezers because of the angle). So couple things getting stuck with the fact that the suction force is somewhat limited and you're going to have a lot of spitting out of things. I've included a picture and this was AFTER I had taken out some thngs-Trigger: Others have mentioned but I would like a trigger that stays down. It's not as bad as you might think but we should have the OPTION to have a trigger that stays down. However for the majority of time I can see that you wouldn't keep the trigger down as I'm constantly vacuuming, stopping to straighten or put something away, resume, etc.I think this is a well thought out vacuum w/stellar components and think it's worth every penny. Sure, I would have loved purchasing something for $100 but this is actually the vacuum that I use the most so if I'm going to invest the most money in my vacuum it's going to be the cordless one. I can vacuum 3 to 4 rooms w/a cordless vacuum in the time it takes to plug in, vacuum and unplug a corded vacuum. It's even almost fun.
