    I am not a gamer but using laptop for a lot of multitasking and simultaneous programs.
    First thing I did right after receiving this laptop was to change the 1TB HDD to 500GB Silicon Power SSD.
    Now with the SSD and 12GB DDR4 RAM, it works like a charm.
    The laptop is very stylish, sleek, with very practical touch screen. I recommend this seller strongly.
    Also must add the super fast shipping and item arrived in the original packaging.
    Also the warranty when I received the laptop was May 2019 (only six months left). I sent a request to HP Support and warranty has been extended to Dec 2019 (one full year).

I purchased This Laptop Jan.30,2019 , new not refurbished, and within two weeks I received a pop up telling me my warranty expired Oct. 23,2018!!! the year before!! Very disappointed to pay $511 to have purchased a new Laptop with no warranty I need to pay to have an extended warranty. It was shipped by Trivalley Electronics. Amazon dose not inform you of warranty or lack of warranty.

    I purchased this laptop not even 3 months ago as a gift. It has been used for two weeks and was "slow" which is not unusual as it gets set up and updates. Well, less than 2 weeks of use, it no longer boots up. It no longer turns on....its junk. And they were quick, within minutes to close out the contact for defective product and deny return. They are a rip off selling defective items and not standing by their product. Since Amazon has offices in Ca, I will now contact the consumer affairs fraud division as well as deny the charge on my credit card. Do not buy from them! They do not stand by their product which is defective.
