Works just as described!
I absolutely love this product. Very easy to assemble and use. I didn’t have to be standing next to my stovetop for three hours for my Dulce de leche!!!The only thing is, sometimes the paddle will slightly close, so every now and then you have to stop the appliance and open the paddle. I still think it’s great tho!

I bought a similar one a couple of months before I ended up buying this when I sent that one back because it was a piece of crap and it was actually a little bit more expensive than this unit. I use the unit actually for the first time Ordered it quite a while ago, but I finally got around to opening it up and using it and it worked very well. It was sturdy it was stable. It wasn’t flimsy. It wasn’t gonna fall apart in the middle and apart into whatever it is is not being stirred for appeared to the one that I had before I would recommend, this unit to anybody that needs something like this

After the second use, I charged the device again and it would not hold a charge. I contacted the Amazon company that sold the item to me (Spreetail) and they referred me to the direct company (Saki). Saki sent me a new stirrer and after charging, the new stirrer it would NOT hold a charge either!! I contacted Saki and they had me send the stirrer back for a refund. After waiting a week and not receiving a refund, I contacted Saki and they told me that since I didn't buy directly from them, they couldn't give me a refund and that they could only offer me a 15% discount if I bought a new stirrer or send tge defective stirrer back. I contacted Spreetail and they said they had to have the stirrer returned to give me a refund. So I contacted Saki and asked them to send my defective stirrer back. I contacted Spreetail and asked them to send me a shipping label so I could return the stirrer and they said that it was now over 90 days and that they could not give me a refund!!!!!

Another thing I didn't like about the stirrer besides the horrible customer service was:

I didn't like that it took 4 hrs to charge and then only lasted 2 hrs (when I cook down tomato sauce or ketchup, this isn't near enough time). I wish the stirrer could just be plugged in and would stir as long as I needed it!

SAKI Automatic Pot Stirrer is by far the best pot stirrer I have had over the years. It is very durable, and highly efficient. It continues a steady and reliable stirring rotation that contributes to the efficient mixing of the liquid be stirred. There are two strong clip-on devices that safely secure the stirrer to the pot being used to stir the liquid. The clean-up is quick and easy and there is no mess. The stirrer itself is rechargeable and includes two speeds for your needs. I highly recommend this SAKI Automatic Pot Stirrer to those folks having a need need to save time, while at the same time providing outstanding mixing of the liquid be stirred. A+++.

So it's a sturdy device. It's not bad in construction. It's very slow stiring that is done automatically.

It gets the job done. If you want more stir force you need to put glass cups on the folding part or a sheet of Tupperware or something food grade. Aluminum foil might work. You'll get more surface area on the stew or soup when it's rotating to perform a good stir. A good idea for a hard flavor infusion is to leave the stir on with the bigger surface area mixer and have anchored surface area resistance on the edge of your pots inside. It will mix things up more. It'll cause a slow area in flow and a faster flow area. It does adjust speed. Not mine so much anyway. There are arrow buttons but they don't make speed to much different. I wanted it to be like a cement mixer lol. Some hard work makes it really tasty but splashing and puré might happen lol.

My husband bought this for me, and I love it! I have used it several times for making soups. The only thing I wish is it had a longer rod for big pots.

Used the pot stirrer for a few batches of pea and ham soup.
Works really well. Would be good it it had a slower speed, but it saves spending all day stirring the pot every few minutes.
Runs for hours.
I would happily buy another

Not bad a bit more speed control would be great. And maybe a offset to use to get corners of pot. But helpful for canning and keeping soup/sauces going so you can do other things.
