Build quality good, but unstable by design
The build quality is okay. The parts are precise and stable to the touch. The ergonomics is perfect for my height (6’1). However, a few design flaws make it unstable in use.1. It’s too narrow, the feet is too small (not at all what is shown on the page) and the spread out is not wide enough. When the shaking starts when in use, one side might come close to lift off.2. Many screws tightens to tubular surface. The flat washers are useless in add tightening surface. So I did not use many of them3. These 4 screws are too long. They touch on the floor when the 4 soft feet compressed. I had to triple washer in one side to create some clearance at the bottom4. Overall, I think the shaking in use, especially when using the dip bars, comes from a combination of a few factors: too narrow, not wide enough a footprint, the soft feet might contribute to the shaking as well, it needs a pair of X crossbars.Who knows, maybe I’ll get better workout trying to stabilize it when doing sets. So far it seems harder to do my usual on the unstable station. Numbers almost cut by half.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great fitness equipment for the price
Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2020
For the price you pay, this is a great pull up and dip stand. It's easy to assemble, had a minor defect (see bend in picture), but works exactly as intended. You can do pull ups and dips, you can easily move it around, and get in a great workout. For what it's worth, I weigh about 150 pounds. It does shake some when you do pull ups, and I would not recommend ever trying kipping pull ups on this, but if you're doing strict form pull ups there should be no issues.
