Touch up and clean lawn edges

Touch up and clean lawn edges
This tool is for touching up and cleaning your lawn edges. It is a manual tool. It will not work for making new lawn edges. I generally use a weed whacker on my lawn edges. I am using this tool, to occasionally groom the lawn edges. If you want you lawn edges looking perfect this is a great tool. It does take physical work to use.I purchased "In Like New Condition" from Amazon to save $4.00. Hey, it is a garden tool what are a few scratches. I am going to throw the box it came in away. The generic box it came in was badly damaged. The tool looked like it had a few scratches. The thing I did not like was the cutting edge. It had a horrible looking edge, see attached photograph. I am not sure if Kwik Edge grinds them that way or the previous owner tried to sharpen the edge. I am taking one star off for the bad looking cutting edge. I will keep the tool and regrind the edge.

1.0 out of 5 stars Lasted 4 about feet...
Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2021
The blade is not sharp, which with small kids around I viewed as not the end of the world. It does take quite a bit of effort to use. I was testing the tool out on the edge of a bed I had trimmed up with a shovel 2 weeks ago. In the four feet that I got before the handle snapped it seemed to be doing its job cleaning up the edge. The tool is riveted onto the very tapered handle which was not going to be an off the shelf replacement. Instead of modifying the tool and figuring out how to make a more sturdy handle work (which was probably going to require the wood lathe and significant amount of work) it was returned and a 1 star review produced because because at this point it is not worth the effort.
Also, to anyone thinking they will just sharpen this thing, it is cheap/soft high carbon steel. You can probably put a razor edge on it, but it will not hold that edge for more than a foot or two at a time at best.
