Our Story

The founders of BiOptimizers, Wade Lightheart and Matt Gallant, had been friends for years and bonded over their passion for health and fitness. They were both some of the top personal trainers at World’s Gym in Vancouver, Canada. Matt was also a successful online entrepreneur. He felt that Wade was very marketable as he was a 3-time natural bodybuilding champion and did it as a vegetarian. They decided to work together and launched several products which became a hit.

Over the years, they went from having a passion for bodybuilding to having a desire to help others achieve a biologically optimized state of health. For this reason, they rebranded to BiOptimizers in 2014.

Our Experience, Research, & Innovation

As a former bodybuilder, Wade went through years of training and dieting. But, they had taken their toll. He was tired all the time and his muscles were so stiff and sore. In fact, after competing at the Mr. Universe contest, he gained 42 pounds of fat and water in just 11 weeks.

Wade was then invited to a seminar being held by a remarkable doctor who had reportedly healed himself and hundreds of patients from a variety of serious conditions. The doctor was using a specialized protocol of medical-grade enzymes, probiotics, and live amino acids. Wade and Matt decided to take a chance on the doctor’s radical ideas and apply them. Directions (Adults): Begin by taking 1 capsule as a single dose at bedtime with a full 8 ounce glass of water. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Best taken on an empty stomach. Take two to three times per week. I need to be 'clear' with this evaluation, because I am a long time (4 year) customer of the BiOp folks. To the point I take their 'masszymes and P3-OM probiotics' daily. These products have given me sustained relief from digestive 'challenges' I lived with for many years. I regularly consume a particular 'protein supplement' to aid in my workouts, and the downside is I can tend to constipate if I don't drink massive amounts of water. The products mentioned have given me a whole new life with regard to those issues. However, having just received the ConstiCleanse (essentially on a 'tip' from the BiOp Team) I did have the opportunity to 'give it a go' last night. I had consumed a sizable block of 'chipotle cheddar' cheese about 3 hours before bedtime. I felt 'heavy' already, and knew the potential consequences I would face later. Literally while brushing my teeth for bed I had a 'eureka moment' and went for my 'first' dose of the ConstiCleanse I had just received from Amazon. Okay, there's your 'build up' . . . and the 'follow up' is .. it's 10:30 AM, and the best way to phrase this I guess would be --> I had my obligatory coffee 2 hours ago followed by a definite 'cleanse' one hour later. This particular 'movement' was definitely apart from the usual experience I have with my customary BiOp regimen. No, I don't work for BiOptimizers though I know I sound like I 'drank the Kool Aid' .. so what do I tell you ? You'll just have to try the product .. or not .. but if you do, and have the reaction I just had - - then you'll know. . . . . Just Sayin'

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I reached out to the company because I had issues and would have preferred troubleshooting. But because I ordered through Amazon it took them several days to reply “we’ll get back to you” and I still don’t have a reply.

The recommendation is 1 pill 3-5 times a week. Once a day if you don’t see any affect. I tried them both ways in the 6 weeks I gave them a chance. They either had little affect or I woke up three different nights with intense cramping.

I increased water intake and fiber content, I cut out snacking to aid digestion, and I use their other products, MassEnzyes and P3-OM. As far as I can tell the P3—a probiotic is the only one that helps with constipation.

You’d be better off getting a tea. It’s far cheaper and reliable. The company claims to fix digestion but how can they do that if they don’t get back to their customers?

I am an obese, elderly person who has disabilities that prevent normal exercise. I also take medications that cause me to have constipation. Stool softeners do not work. Some laxatives work too good. This one is almost on the works too good side of things. The first time I tried it, I had severe cramps. The second and subsequent times there hasn't been much on the cramps. I think the first time was because of the severe constipation. I now take this once a week. It's not too harsh that way either. Some say it is pricey, but you do get 90 servings, so it depends on how you use it as to whether you feel you are getting your money's worth.
