Let the buyer beware. Detroit Axle could care LESS about customer satisfaction.Ordered complete kit that was assured would be the correct fit for my 2007 Honda Accord.1/2 the job completed only to find the front pads DID NOT FIT as they were the wrong size.Turns out the pads sent were for a CANADIAN built Accord, and mine was assembled in Japan.Had to go to a local auto parts store and purchase a box of front pads for 70.00.When I spoke to several associates and supervisor at Detroit Axle, the best they would do would be to refund me 40.00. They insisted they sent the correct part, when in fact they didn't as you can see by the picture. Perhaps add a feature whereas you can enter your VIN # which would ENSURE the right part is in the box. Had to stop after 1/2 the job was completed to purchase the correct part.I should be reimbursed for what I had to spend over and above the original cost, because I was ensured my order was an "Exact Fit."My advice is to stay away from a company that BLATANTLY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. There's plenty of other companies to deal with.

Ordered complete kit that was assured would be the correct fit for my 2007 Honda Accord.

Turns out the pads sent were for a CANADIAN built Accord, and mine was assembled in Japan.
Had to go to a local auto parts store and purchase a box of front pads for 70.00.
When I spoke to several associates and supervisor at Detroit Axle, the best they would do would be to refund me 40.00. They insisted they sent the correct part, when in fact they didn't as you can see by the picture. Perhaps add a feature whereas you can enter your VIN # which would ENSURE the right part is in the box. Had to stop after 1/2 the job was completed to purchase the correct part.
I should be reimbursed for what I had to spend over and above the original cost, because I was ensured my order was an "Exact Fit."
My advice is to stay away from a company that BLATANTLY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. There's plenty of other companies to deal with.
