I initially ordered computer for 143$ the next day it was 100$ with protection plan for like 30$ , than never heard back on adding that. I received laptop earlier than expected and started it up to find out it’s logged into someone elses android account really disappointing I’ve tried everything to reset it on my own an nothing works I factory reset computer an it comes back up an says the same thing I cannot bypass android lock now I have to return it an hope they refund my money

Don’t know what happened it wasn’t dropped it wasn’t hit was looking something up on the Internet. And I heard like the squeaking noise and I looked up in the corner and it was cracked and it was moving across the screen.
