Q:Why no matter what I did, the automatic pool cleaner would not sink to the bottom of the swimming pool?

A:Please kindly note that the roller foam brushes are made of sponge. As we all know, the sponge will harden if it has not been used for a long time. So the sponge brush will harden if the machine has not been used for a long time. It is recommended to soak the pool cleaner in the water for about 30Min when you using it for the first time. The sponge roller foam brushes need to be completely soaked in order to sink for initial use. In order to prevent the sponges from solidifying before shipped out from the factory, we have dampened the sponge roller brushes. But we spent a long time in shipping them to America, so it is normal that the sponge brush hardened.

Q:What are the advantages of Sponge Roller Brush compared to TPE roller brush?

A:The advantage of a sponge roller brush is that it has strong adsorption and excellent wall climbing. With the sponge roller brush, Paxcess robotic vacuum cleaner can climb the walls easily and do a good job when cleaning the fine dust or tough dirt on the wall. Amazing! Works great on my vinyl sided pool
First off, I recently setup up my vinyl sided pool (think intex style). My pool has a sand filtration system installed which seems to be faulty and slowly leaking sand into the pool. Normally the quick fix would be to have a replacement sent and all would be good. Unfortunately, due to national shortages, there are no replacements available. I wanted to get a pool vacuum that would be able to clean up this leaked sand so we could still enjoy the pool over the summer.After doing some research on pool vacuums, I realized that vacuums that rely on my filter pump probably wouldn't be the best solution for me so I should go with a robotic vacuum. Robotic vacuums get very expensive quickly, so I decided to take a chance on a lesser known brand in an effort to save a few hundred dollars. I found a video on youtube that mentioned this brand so I gave it a try.As soon as it was delivered, I decided to put it in the pool. I wasn't sure if it would be able to climb my soft-sided pool, but to my delight it did without issue. As I was watching the vacuum do it's thing, I became giddy with excitement as I watched it go through an area of sand, leaving being a clean streak. I was hoping it would take care of my sand issue, but I had low expectations as this vacuum is about half the cost of the competitors.
