Love, Lori is dedicated to the memory of Lori's brother Guy Barzvi, who was killed on 9/11. The night before he passed, Guy told Lori that he dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. Received this today, opened it, and as soon as I attempted to slide the soap and pumice apart (which you are able to do) the pumice detached from the plastic. It’s held together by what appears to be hot glue or the like. The company may want to consider using another type of adhesive. Definitely a poor quality product. Very disappointed. I’ll try and glue it back together so I can at least use it, but I definitely would not purchase again or recommend this to others.

Update: I did want to update my review to say that although I was disappointed in the product itself, the company did have great customer service and reached out to me immediately. They gave me several options to rectify the situation and I was very pleased with the outcome. They refunded my money and did not require me to return the defective item which I appreciated.
