No es mi intención hablar mal del producto pues no lo merece, al estar buscando algo orgánico con desesperación pues, yo no me fijé en las características del producto antes de comprarlo.Yo soy una persona de piel algo aspera, por lo tanto casi no me gustan las lociones corporales... esta manteca me dejó los brazos muy suaves desde un principio (cosa que se agradece) pero mantengo una sensación grasosa por mucho tiempo... cosa que a mi en lo personal no me gusta, pero es mi error pues al comprar manteca pues es más que ibvio que así va a ser... por esa misma razón también me deja mucho brillo en la piel... cosa que también se agradece... lo que menos me gustó es que te deja un aroma muy ligero cómo de cenizas recién apagadas... un aroma similar al que sale cuándo se le echa agua a carbones ardientes.

I don't know if I received a bad batch or if my jar was old, but I literally could not use this butter ("butter"). It is so hard and stiff that I can not use my finger to get any of the product on my hand. I ended up using a kitchen utensil to test it.... GOODNESS! I'm actually grateful that I couldn't use it when I first tried because this stuff STINKS! It is not an odor that I want on my hands, much less my body. An absolute waste of money. Truly, there is nothing positive that I can say about the product.
UPDATE - The seller contacted me to offer a replacement, which I accepted. The replacement jar arrived very quickly.. the video I posted is from my first jar and the images are from the second jar. The replacement jar, as with the first one, was wrapped in plastic shrink wrap and there was a foil seal under the cap... so, I do not believe the issues are related to poor storage.. I'm not sure which jar is worse, though... I finally identified a way to describe the odor - it smells like the powder from the inside of a latex balloon or gloves. Maybe that's what it is supposed to smell like? Unfortunately, I maintain my negative opinion of the product... however, the seller is fantastic. I am appreciative of their efforts to bring me a sense of satisfaction with my purchase... I have already scheduled the return and both jars will be on their way back to them soon.
