I felt utterly bereft when the microphone went out after 5 and 1/2 months. However, I contacted the seller and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within hours. From that point, there was daily communication back and forth between us until my replacement product arrived about a week later. I have given 5 stars because they were prompt, courteous, professional and just a dream to work with. I’m hoping for a longer lifespan for my replacement product; nonetheless, they have encouraged me to reach out if I encounter any future difficulties.

As long as you keep the microphone more than about 10 inches away from each other there is no feedback. It charges very quickly and puts out enough sound so that even if the whole class is speaking I can be heard over the noise. I got the version with the corded microphone, and I haven't had any problems with it.
