They just don’t hold up. Reef charges a lot for their little rubber shoe they should last longer than 6 months. I don’t wear them all the time mainly around the house and yard and to the beach.

I purchased a pair of these sandals last year. The middle has metal in it. It started to rub against the bone of my foot a created a cyst. I had to get a shot from my doctor so the cyst would go away. Not a good sandal at all.

After getting these wet while watering my garden, they have perpetually smelled really bad li mildew + foot. I'm not someone who normally has foot odor, and none of my other shoes (even the non-breathable ones have this smell. The fabric/leather straps harbors this smell, or at least the interior part where it inserts into the sole and attaches. Really disappointed because they are comfortable and I thought paying a little more would get me a pair that lasts more than one summer. I have washed them with soap, then baking soda, then vinegar, and left out in the 100 degree desert sun to try to get rid of this smell and it only helped minimally, and once wet again the stench came right back full force. Gonna have to get another pair because it is that bad. Sad cuz the fit was perfect for me.

These sandals are my all time favorite! I ordered a size larger because my feet are on the cusp in sizes and they fit perfectly! I do want to say they have a slippery feeling on the top not bottom of the shoe when you first wear them, but it goes away after a couple days of wearing them.

These are the most comfy sandals I have ever owned. I will buy them again, guaranteed!

Rather cute sandals, but Beware—they are “extremely slippery” under bare feet. I just received mine today and just tried them on in my living room. I was stunned to find that my feet literally slipped around in them so much that I could not consider these safe. I have two other Reef sandal styles that I love and are in no way slippery, so the material or type of rubber they are using for these soles is just not for me. These are also not highly cushioned like some other Reef styles.

I wanted a step up from cheapo flip flops that were nicer looking and more supportive and I’m really happy with these. I did buy a size larger than I usually do in flip flops because my feet went to the edge of the typical size.
