I bought this particular Halo model in Feb 2022. I used it to keep my tablet and phone charged as I traveled. July of 2022 was the first time I used it to jump start my car. I cannot believe what a lifesaver this jump box is. No more flagging down passer cars. The simple steps to use it is easy to follow! Make sure your Halo is fully charged or charged enough to get you on your way. As illustrated in my picture, it comes with a AC adapter. Hook up your cables to your car battery first. Red jumper for positive and black for negative. Insert the end plug to your box as illustrated in my picture, dont press the button in the middle when your trying to jump start your battery. Only press the button on the right side that says "jump start". It will flash green until your battery has enough juice for you to turn your key in the ignition. You should be ready to go! If not, you have more of a serious issue with your battery. I never leave my house without this box! Its just as important as the keys to my home. A big thank you to Halo!!
