We require a dot matrix printer for two part invoice forms. I could not find a dot matrix printer with drivers compatible with Windows 10 but had read online reviews that Oki would help me get the drivers installed. I purchased this printer and called Oki to walk me through the install. Their customer service is excellent and the tech was willing to stay on the phone with me for almost an hour installing the proper driver, setting up the printer and even getting the paper loaded. It is an older dot matrix, so the menu and settings are older technology and a little clumsy, but that seems to be the way with dot matrix printers in general.
I had purchases and had to return an Epson similar model because when I called Epson, they told me Microsoft would have to help me and Microsoft told me to call Epson. VERY frustrating and disappointing.
I HIGHLY recommend the seller, printer and Oki for their excellent customer service.
