Arrived as promised. Well constructed board...very sturdy. The non-slip pad on it is very aggressive, much more so than others I have used. It really holds your feet in place. The only feedback with this particular board is, to me, that it's small foot print might be too much for beginners or those recovering from and injury. My wife loves it too. She's also using it for push ups (I have not yet), but she's a life long gym rat.

Background: I have an injured knee from an auto accident that occurred in my 20's. This has been a chronic issue accompanied by knee pain, tightened hamstring, gluets, and lower back. I have seen Physical therapists and that does help for a while but with the chronic nature of this injury and that I am not that old that is a lot of money. SO!! Working with my family doctor he recommended balance boards. I bought this with the Revolution Board together. He recommended them to work on balance with no to low impact on my knees. I have had them for a week and put in only 5 min sessions after stretching when I wake up and they Really seem to be working. I have a tendency to put more wt on my uninjured leg but by working on my balance I find that I am not doing that as much. I also feel my core getting stronger which after a long day of work really helps because I used to have real lower back pain. Best of all this seems to be effective pretty quickly. I plan on keeping this item and using it regularly. This is MUCH cheaper than continued Physical therapy and seems to be pretty effective. I know my issues may be unique to some but I am real happy with this product

Product is versatile, with mutiple uses ranging from physical therapy to kicking your calisthenics up several notches by adding balancing (and with it, engagement of the trembly stabilization muscles that are usually so hard to activate yet crucial for injury prevention in any sport). I plan to use it to accompany my standing desk at work, because standing all day, contrary to the new slogan that "standing is the new smoking," can actually be unhealthy; frequent movement is better. At first, standing on this board seemed about as impossible as skateboarding (to somebody who has never done either), but within an hour I got it and have been able to work at my desk without thinking about my balance for hours. After getting off at day's end, my core feels more engaged, my leg muscles feel like they've been active, and I have the feeling one gets after a long day in the ocean--the back-and-forth, wavy feeling. This makes me think the board is actually doing something subliminal to my muscles, which is interesting because I was able to forget about it entirely while working. I look forward to trying it out for stretches and exercises at the gym, as well. It arrived promptly and in great condition, and is balanced. Reviews of other products complain that the range of motion is only back-and-forth; this allows for falling over in a 360* circumference if you're not balancing properly. It's the real deal.
