Great product. I use it on a daily basis for 20-30 Houses. Seems to be holding up great. Except, and this is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The handle is made of some kind of rubber, and with usage it seems to be deteriorating. In other words the rubber is peeling almost. Besides that The Wheel is pretty sturdy, the kickstand is great it seems to be pretty solid. Its not as heavy as my last wheel. Would Definitely recommend if you can spare the extra Money.

So far this has been a great easy to use product. Seems to be well built and I love the folding feature. I have not checked it against a tape to test it’s accuracy but I rarely use a wheel for a final measurement anyway. I always tape everything for placing final dimensions. I use wheels for estimates and ballpark figures due to all the variables involved. This is perfect for that
