  • Before first use and after each use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow time to dry.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers since they may dull the finish.
  • Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any parts of the product.
  • Do not use food jar in dishwashers, microwave, oven, on stove-top, or in any type of heating appliances.Keep it away from fire.
  • Do not fill with dairy products,carbonic acid beverage or drikold.Do not storage drinks exceed 6 hours.
  • Do not overfill the container to leave space at top of container for lid.
  • Check periodically for missing and worn washers. Missing, worn or misaligned gasket may cause product to leak.
  • Do not crush or drop.
  • For maximum temperature retention better insulation,please pour hot & cold water in the storage jar to preheat or pre-cool for 5 mins before packing food.
  • When eating, press the vent button for 1 to 2 times and then open the inner insulation cover.

Lid/handle broke after 3 months.
I got this for my son who often likes to take hot food to work with him. No complaints about the ability to keep the food warm but after 3 months, the outer lid where the handle is attached has broken. It's made of extremely flimsy plastic, and it's a shame because the thermos is pretty sturdy otherwise. It's still usable, but disappointing that it would break after such a short time.

I started to bring soup to work as a way to cut down on my food consumption. I'm the type to wake up 10 mins before i have to leave for work and can't prep food for lunch. So I warmed up the soup to a boil and put it in this thermos the night before. It sat overnight and then half way through my shift before I took my lunch and it was still VERY warm. Warm enough that I could eat it without having to warm it up. This is a definite purchase again if i need to, Heck, I might just buy another one just in case.
