The arrows are plenty long for my draw. The stickers on them feel pretty cheap & might peel off just taking them out of the on-board quiver holder thing. The shafts are very thin plastic, reminds me of large pixy stick plastic. I worry that snapping them into the arrow rest or quiver may dent them. Stepping on them or putting any weight on them will probably deform them as well.
Firing the arrows is 1 finger on top, two on bottom style with rubber sliding spacers to rest the fingers on. It's not difficult to draw or hold the draw. Having the cutout in the handle seems like it may make the aiming easier. The arrow rest clutches the arrow, they snap in and out same as the quiver. Assembly is very quick & easy & has all the tools you need to assemble it included. I can't wait to take this to the park & try it out!
Additionally, the bow itself somehow got bent and we have no clue how that happened because it seemed very strudy. We think a little child may have used it as a sword? So in short, do not let your kid destroy this fun toy.
It shoots FAR and the arrows are pretty straight flying if the fletchings are still attached, even just 2 of the 3. It was easy enough for my 4 year old to pull back and use, although she is on the taller side and pretty strong(headed).
I would totally purchase again!
