These are good, but not as good as adidas addisage which I love (but are 2x more expensive). I feel the nubs in the forefoot more than the heel in these sandals. And they do feel a bit more prickly than the adidas. I liked feeling it in the heel in the adidas shoes, because I have plantar facititis, which is why I wear massaging sandals.I'm going to keep these and try them for a while and will update this review later on. Maybe I'll get used to them and start liking them better.I took some photos to compare the two. (My adidas are very old and beat up. My new pair got stolen at the beach, thus the need to make a new purchase)Fitwise, I ordered the "M, Women's 8-9". They are a tiny bit larger than the adidas Women's 10 that I normally wear. The packaging has a better size guide than the listing, here it is:S/P: Women's 6-7M/M: Women's 8-10L/G: Men's 9-10XL/XG: MEn's 11+Hope that helps

I bought two pairs of these after seeing how good they are. I have bought many, many massage sandals over the years, and these are the best I've had since about 2004 when Walmart used to carry great ones really cheap.

Unlike all the fancy and expensive ones sold by brand name companies (I've bought them all), these really last through my abuse. I wear them every day, all day, for the most part (I work at home). They prevent me from having any trouble with neuromas, and keep my feet in shape, drawing blood to the areas through the stimulation.

I would give them 6 stars if I could, and I am grateful someone finally made a decent pair of sandals again!

By the way, I lived in China, where all this stuff comes from, and even there I couldn't find sandals this good. I did use river sandals, which have stones all over the surface, and they helped a lot. They were painful to walk on after a while, though. These sandals never get painful, but can take a while for people who haven't worn massage sandals to get used to.

Took me awhile but I can finally walk in them. Really hurt my soles in the beginning, but took everyone's advice and wore just for a couple minutes at a time a day. Then I progressed to wearing socks with it on and I can manage it better. Now I use around the house. Really feels good when my heel is acting up.

Omg these are amazing,,they felt odd and somewhat uncomfortable at first but that goes away, that happens cause they are working to fix the pain and using acupuncture, so your feet get better and adjust...i have severe heel pain and broken toes and other health stuff.and nerve damage so i thought i would try these to help with some pain wearing after work, around the house or even to work.they feel like they are invigorating my feet.improving circulation.they feel odd,but a good odd.i wear bare feet or with my special socks.they are great.i will be getting another pair soon.they are made well to.i have narrow feet and wear size 8 so i was concerned on fit.but they are perfect and top velcros to adjust foots width which is awesome.and better to have sandal to fit whole length of foot then have any toes hanging over or touching otherwise defeating purpose of helping your whole foot.they worked so well i bought 3 pairs...i cant be without anymore.awesome!!

When I first put these on I was like WTH did I just buy. They were so painful like walking on nails. But after reading the reviews, it was suggested to wear them everyday and you will get use to them. They were right. If you wear them with socks, it's not as painful. It took me about 4 days to get use to and now they feel like my feet are being massaged. I wear them as house shoes only. I wear a 9-1/2 in shoes, so I bought a women's medium (8-9) and they fit just right. If you want more room, then by a large. They have velcro on top to loosen or tighten. They do have a strong rubber smell, but that didn't bother me.

Indeed a healthy massage reflexology sandals. I wear it everyday, and during the first few days my feet were not used to it, a bit of pain feeling, so I wear a socks underneath. But few days later I am able to wear it bare feet. It had improved my blood circulation and strengthen my feet. I really love this!

And after wearing it for a longer period of time, it treated my ball of foot pain. So I am returning to write another review here to update my satisfactory feeling. I hope to give it a 10 stars.

This is the thrid time for me purchasing this brand of massage sandal. I wear a women's size 8 shoe. I ordered a size Medium. They would fit a woman with a size 10 foot. They still work for me to wear around the house, my intended purpose, and are great with winter socks. Fortunately they are somewhat adjustable due to the velcro strap, so they stay on. Just a bit long, so I need to be careful not to walk too fast or I could trip. I don't remember the size being of concern the last time I ordered these.

These are absolutely heavenly! I was afraid they wouldn’t fit as my foot ranges between a size 9-10
But they are perfect. The top is adjustable with strong Velcro. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy these again! 🙂

Pros: relaxing the first few minutes you put it on, can fit 8-9 sizes for both men and women, good quality

Cons: can hurt after a bit (that's why I don't use it for a long time because it hurts my feet. Tip: you can wear this after standing for a long period of time. Just remember to give yourself a break to really get the best of this product)
