I read the other reviews about the silicone handles, so I didn’t expect to be able to take out the pans from the oven without oven mitts. The nonstick is very easy to clean, don’t use an abrasive scrubbing pad on the finish. Nonstick works well. I still use a cooking spray when I cook or bake food.

Attempted to roast some chopped cauliflower at 425f. Large sheet pan warped within a minute, with a loud bang, tossing cauliflower off the pan. One edge of the pan was then about 2 inches off the oven rack. That's how much is was bent in the heat (after returning to room temperature is was flat again). Returned the item and found a higher quality product.
