Less than 2 months of regular use and the screen flashes constantly. There is also dead pixels and lines in the display. *Update* things got worse. 3 months in and will not turn. After a few minutes of being plugged in it begins to smoke. Avoid these fire hazard displays at all costs.

I bought this for my handicapped daughter for Xmas. So far it has worked just like it’s supposed to. I found the set up to be quite easy but it did take a little time. The only issues I had during set up was because I hadn’t read the directions completely because I was in a hurry. If you follow the step by step guide ( written and with pictures) it should go smoothly. I haven’t had any problems adding pictures from my phone. I love the large size it makes it easy for her to see the pictures from across her room. I would definitely recommend this product.

We could send pictures via the app and email binding, but neither of those work now. The Facebook binding never works, they don’t send a binding-success message. Really really annoying. I guess I could buy a memory card for it and write to it via computer, but it sucks that any attempt to update it now by even their official app no longer works. Avoid. Oh, and their app even when it did work is rubbish on an iPad, only giving you tiny thumbnails on an iPhone-size screen that are too small to even see properly, they didn’t even update for higher screen resolutions. But as it stopped working anyway, whatever…

UPDATE: It has now started crashing randomly after it starts running, so despite having hundreds of pictures on it we only ever see the first dozen or so ( random shuffle is seeded on startup, so the order is always the same ). How is this possible with solid state electronics and no software update? This product is complete garbage. I'm going to look into buying another iPad instead, and setting up a shared cloud account that family members can share pictures to. Don't buy anything this company makes.

Pretty easy to install, the app is a little confusing, but they got the hang of it pretty quickly. I wish that it would cycle through videos as well as pictures. They seem to be stored in a different section so they are separate. All in all, great gift for loved ones who live far away.

This is an extremely costly frame that I was very disappointed with. It’s super easy to upload pictures too but after the frame runs for awhile the pictures decide to zoom in and out randomly. Most the time I can’t even tell what’s showing on the frame. It didn’t start doing this until a few months after I purchased it so I was unable to return back through Amazon. I contacted the manufacturer who was willing to send me a new one, but I had to pay $40 to send back the old one. Received the “new” frame and I’m pretty sure they just reset the one I had sent back and gave it back to me. Immediately started zooming in and out again. Manufacturer will not refund me so I’m out $190 and a picture frame. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
