Nice while it lasted
Edit: Customer service did reach out and offer to refund or replace the showerhead with a nicer one, but I'd already purchased a new one. Adding a star for good customer support thoIt was nice, with strong water pressure while it lasted. Can't speak to how easy it was to install as our apartment maintenance did it for us. Liked the switch to turn water on/off from shower head. It unfortunately only lasted us about 6 months before it cracked and started to spray water onto the ceiling. Ordered in July and just broke last week (Nov). Will be ordering another brand to replace it

I’ve been wanting this thing for a while.
Happy that it works well as advertised.
It required a lot of Teflon tape to seal properly (probably designed smaller because people tend to overapply tape).
And of course, you have to tighten all the nuts (including the one that adjusts the tension on the ball socket for pivoting the holder).
I only needed to use the included Teflon on the attachment to the wall. And NONE of the joints leak.
Works perfectly so far. But did take about an hour for me (never done this before) to test all the heads and get the sealing and positionings right.
It comes with two heads - a metal one and a plastic one. I ended up using the plastic one (even though it’s not as pretty as the metal one) because it gives me more pressure and more control of the pressure range. I’ve attached pictures. The stream looks strong and thin on the metal head, but it was weaker wat
