Needed to keep up a routine when gyms closed due to COVID. This machine is not quite what you get from the more expensive professional gym rowing machines, but it does the job for a home workout.Pros:Relatively easy to put together, sturdy.Very quiet, smooth pulling motionPadded handle is actually more comfortable than the hard wooden ones at the gym for your hands. I don't need gloves to use this.Cons:The resistance is not particularly great. I usually find myself between 12-14 out of 16 levels of resistance during a session. And level 16 is not that difficult to row for moderate lengths of time for most people that are in shape. This is the one big issue with the machine.The foot rests are designed to move to a degree, which I find a bit uncomfortable when rowing. Would prefer static foot rests, but it's not a big deal.

This is a relatively cheap rowing machine. It costs less than $250 compare to other brand names in the $1k range. The technology is very basic, it doesn’t have an app, it doesn’t connect to your phone but it does display basic metrics on the screen which is all you need if you don’t care tracking it on your phone. Btw I can still track my activities with my Apple iWatch. So I am good with it.
The machine does the work. It has the tension I need and is adjustable. I am able to get the exercise I need out of this machine. It is equivalent or better than the ones at my gym. The installation instructions is very short but straightforward and easy to follow. I am impressed.

Assembly was easy with the provided tools. It probably took longer to un pack then to assemble. It was packed very well.
The unit is smooth and quite. The loudest part is the seat rollers. The 16 levels of restistance are great, I started at 4 and can pull 16 for a few minutes at a time.
The display only shows you a stop watch, distance in miles, reps per minute and # of reps. If you have a fitness tracker it’s still overkill.
Seat is comfortable, handle is good too
