Very light and the color is fantastic.Personal Record in 100m hurdles, long jump, and 100m sprint with these. Very good for jumping in sand because the cuff prevents sand from getting in. Best for anything below a 200m. Can be used up to 400m. Great in most technical events (hurdles long jump and triple jump). Heel is flat, so these are not recommended for exercise workouts (continous wear in one day) or for any type of distance running. I ordered the same size as my exercise shoes and they fit perfectly.
