Using at barbershop! I ordered the lather king awhile back (the new model). I couldn't get it working right no matter how I mixed, so I sent it back and got the lather time and found that it works so far like a charm. I had the older lather king for 15 years and hated when it broke but this lather time is doing well, just remember it's better to mix your lather alil to heavy than it is to not have enough. Personally I do 1 bottle in3/4 of a gallon.UPDATE - - Been a professional barber for 25 years and after using this several days I am completely satisfied.

I am a third generation, licensed, master barber, and this machine held up better than any we have used in the past. Highly recommend this machine. Although I recommend do not accidentally run it dry for an extended amount of time several days. That caused the seals to leak, but it was our fault. After three years of use, we ordered a new one to replace.

It's great, no problems with it, very consistent if you follow instructions on lather but it doesn't get hot, gets very warm. No on and off switch (that doesn't matter to me), you have to constantly clean it. If you leave it on over night; the soap and water will almost repell from each other, so it won't lather at all. You need to mix it when it does that. Perhaps a different soap but good machine. I enjoy it, 1 month into using it. No issues.
